Students will also learn three 18th century hand sewing techniques and make three 3" square "samples" to keep in the sewing bag ~ for future reference when sewing clothing!
8" x 9" pre-finished drawstring bag is handmade. The sampler is worked on 32ct Vintage Light Examplar Linen from Lakeside Linens with Weeks Dye Works thread in beautiful colors such as Deep Sea Blue, Cadet Blue, Bayberry, Sweet Potato and Cocoa.
Stitches include the Russian Wisdom Stitch, Holbein Stitch, Blanket Stitch, Cross Stitch, Eyelet and Hemstitching.
